01Why One-on-One

Some seasons need more than a group.

A book can name what's wrong. A challenge can give you a reset. A community can remind you that you're not alone. But some marriages, at some moments, are at a critical crossroads that a group setting simply cannot hold.

Marriage coaching with Bishop Vincent is private, confidential, and deeply pastoral — built for couples who need focused, personal attention, not a program.

02How This Is Different

Where coaching fits.

A Book or Challenge
A great starting point. Group teaching, shared experience, tools you apply on your own.
The Academy
An ongoing rhythm — community, monthly teaching, accountability over time.
Marriage Coaching
Private, one-on-one, personal — for when your situation needs direct, focused attention.
03What to Expect

How it works.

Submit Your Application
A private, confidential form — share where you and your spouse are right now. Only Bishop Vincent reviews it.
Personal Review
Bishop Vincent reviews your application himself before you ever speak, so your first conversation isn't spent starting from scratch.
A Private Conversation
A confidential, one-on-one conversation to understand your marriage and determine the right path forward.
Ongoing Coaching
Personalized coaching built around your marriage specifically — not a generic program applied to every couple.
“

Married to Evang. Sharon since 1989, pride and selfishness nearly cost me everything early on. It was Sharon's quiet decision to bring her side to God first that began to soften what years of arguing couldn't.

04Before You Apply

Common questions.

Is this confidential?
Yes. Your application and every conversation are private. This is not a public program or group setting.
Does my spouse need to apply too?
Not to begin. You can start the application on your own — many coaching relationships begin with one spouse reaching out first.
What happens after I apply?
Bishop Vincent personally reviews every application. If it's a fit, you'll be contacted directly to schedule your first private conversation.
Is this the same as the Marriage Breakthrough Challenge?
No. The Challenge is a live group event. Coaching is private and one-on-one, for situations that need more focused, personal attention.

Your marriage doesn't need a program. It needs someone to walk beside you.

Applications are reviewed personally by Bishop Vincent. You'll hear back directly, not from an automated system.
